Tiffany Kay is a transformational coach, an inspirational speaker and the creator of Living an Inspired Life. Tiffany inspires clients to achieve the very best quality of life – at home, at work and in their relationships. Her passion for inspiring people to be the best they can be saw her voted as the UK North West Women in Business, Most Inspirational Woman in 2007.
After flat-lining through the early part of her life, Tiffany faced a time of awakening that transformed her life. Following her son's life-saving heart surgery, she realised that life matters and she made a deliberate and conscious decision to make her life a life that counted. Since then she has been coaching and working with individuals and organisations to help them to tap into their inspiration in an easy, enjoyable and effortless way.
Until July 2011, Tiffany was jointly presenting for the Academy with Kate Trafford running a total of seven ACE sessions with an average score of 8.7. Earlier this year they decided to focus on sharing their individual programmes but to continue to collaborate on some projects

Tiffany is a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Coaching. She is based in Warrington where she lives her inspired life with her husband, Tim and their four children.
