	Mike Burnage Mike spent over 30 years in the retail industry. He started out at Tesco, where he worked for six years. 	Simon Lester Having "walked the talk" as a member for the last 8 years Simon is well qualified to be a chairman. Simon's Academy meetings are conducted in a serious but lighthearted manner, as he believes that learning should be fun.

	Peter Lynagh Peter is an highly experienced Managing Director with 25+ years diverse experience with full P&L responsibility for running both B2B distribution and manufacturing entities/SMEs.
